By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Project-specific proposals, quotations, and written agreements may contain additional terms that apply to the relevant project.
1. Scope of Services
- Pixel Sarthi provides website design, web development, e-commerce development, on-page SEO, website maintenance, and other digital services as agreed with the client.
- The exact deliverables, features, number of pages, timelines, and included revisions will be defined in the relevant package, quotation, proposal, or written agreement.
- Any additional pages, features, integrations, functionality, or substantial design changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Additional work will be discussed with the client before proceeding.
2. Payments and Pricing
- Payments must be made according to the payment schedule or milestones agreed upon in the project proposal or written agreement.
- Any advance payment or booking amount will be communicated before work begins.
- Applicable taxes, third-party expenses, and additional service charges will be communicated where relevant.
- Delayed payments may result in a pause in project work or delivery until outstanding amounts are settled.
- Once a project has been accepted and work has commenced, changes to the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Advance payments and deposits are subject to the cancellation and refund terms agreed upon in the project proposal or written agreement.
- If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, charges may apply for work completed, time spent, resources committed, and non-recoverable third-party expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
- Any refund, where applicable, will be assessed according to the project agreement, work completed, and applicable law.
- Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
4. Revisions and Approvals
- The number of included revision rounds will be specified in the selected package or project proposal.
- Additional revisions, major layout changes, new sections, or changes to previously approved designs may incur extra charges.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing submitted work and providing feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
- Once the client approves the final website and authorizes deployment, the project will be considered delivered, subject to any agreed post-launch support or maintenance services.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing the content, images, branding materials, business information, and access credentials required to complete their projects.
- Clients must ensure that any materials they supply may legally be used for the intended purpose.
- Delays in providing content, feedback, approvals, or access may affect project timelines. Pixel Sarthi will communicate any significant impact on delivery where reasonably possible.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that information provided for publication is accurate and authorized.
6. Third-Party Services and Costs
- Project quotations cover the services and deliverables expressly included in the agreed scope.
- Domain registration, hosting, premium themes, paid plugins, stock assets, external APIs, subscription tools, and other third-party costs are the client's responsibility unless specifically included in the project agreement.
- Third-party services are subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and licensing conditions. Pixel Sarthi cannot guarantee the continued availability or uninterrupted operation of services controlled by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights in the custom work created specifically for the client will transfer to the client to the extent agreed in the project proposal and permitted by applicable law.
- Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.
- Pixel Sarthi retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods, and materials that are not specifically transferred under a written agreement.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pixel Sarthi may display completed projects, designs, and screenshots in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials, provided this does not disclose confidential information or violate an agreed restriction.
8. Website Maintenance and Support
- Post-launch maintenance, updates, backups, troubleshooting, security monitoring, and technical support are included only when expressly stated in the selected package or a separate maintenance agreement.
- Unless otherwise agreed, work requested after project handover may be charged separately.
- Pixel Sarthi is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized modifications, third-party service failures, hosting problems, or changes made by others outside the agreed scope of support.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Pixel Sarthi will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
